Hello Everyone! The 2007 Trail Ride was a hugh sucess from all the feedback we have been getting. It is always so satisfiying when you know that folks had a good time and enjoyed themselves. I finally got a chance to send a quick note to let you know what a
wonderful week-end we had
with all of you at the annual Natural Gait trail ride. The weather was
perfect and the trails and
scenery were spectacular. We have gone on many one day rides with as many
as 400 riders
and I have to say that this ride was the best ever. Everything was so
well organized and the
group of riders couldn't have been any nicer. I can't forget to mention
how good the food
was and the entertainment was an enjoyable and relaxing end to two
perfect days.
We will definately be back next year.

P.S. I have a suggestion that I thought would go over quite well, and
that would be to
have your cooks put together a booklet of some of the recipes that they
serve at your
events. You could sell them at the rides, in the mercantile store and on
your web site.
Hope that you will enjoy the music playing in the background on this video. That is our own treasured pal Pat Meade. Pat and his wife Nancy are treasures indeed. They have been leading many trail rides across the country and here at the Gait for the A.P.H.A. for years. Pat appeared at Alpine Poetry Gathering in Alpine TX this year along with the likes of Red Steagall and many others. I enjoyed being a fly/spy on the wall in the hallway after his performance in Alpine to listen to Red and other big name entertainers sit up and take notice of our Pat! He recently finished recording his 4th cd and just when you think that he can’t possibly get any better, he does. You can order any of Pat’s cds from us at The Natural Gait.
